Conditions for using Eleven Dragons environments and services.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the websites, platforms, products, content, communities, events and digital services operated by Eleven Dragons.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any Eleven Dragons digital environment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use and the applicable Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the services, platforms or resources provided.

2. Service provider

Services are made available by ELEVEN DRAGONS PRODUCOES LTDA, registered under CNPJ 48.910.827/0001-69, including its brands, products and digital experiences such as elevendragons.com, ImagineClub, ImagineID, Imagineland and related services.

3. Eligibility and account use

  • You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating or using an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, verification codes and account access.
  • Accounts are personal and must not be shared without express authorization from Eleven Dragons.
  • We may require additional identity, security or ownership checks whenever necessary.

4. Permitted use

Services must be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms and any specific rules applicable to each product, event, community or platform.

  • Commit fraud, exploit vulnerabilities or bypass authentication mechanisms.
  • Send spam, malicious code, illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Use automation, scraping or reverse engineering without authorization.
  • Interfere with the stability, security, availability or integrity of the services.

5. Content, intellectual property and brand

All software, design, layout, trademarks, visual assets, texts, interfaces, flows, documentation, event materials and other Eleven Dragons assets are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, commercialize or otherwise exploit those assets.

6. Operational communications

Eleven Dragons may send transactional and operational communications, including verification codes, security alerts, account confirmations, access recovery, onboarding messages and essential notifications via email, SMS, WhatsApp or other authorized channels.

7. Payments, purchases and contracted services

Paid products, subscriptions, events, experiences or services may be subject to commercial rules, delivery timelines, usage limits, cancellation policies and additional terms presented at the time of purchase.

Taxes, fees, third-party charges and billing conditions may vary depending on the product and applicable jurisdiction.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, evolve, discontinue, restrict or reorganize parts of the services at any time for technical, operational, legal, commercial or security reasons.

We may also perform maintenance, preventive blocking, suspensions and functional changes without prior notice whenever required to protect the operation.

9. Suspension and termination

Eleven Dragons may suspend, limit or terminate accounts, accesses, integrations or profiles in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, breach of these terms, operational risk or legal order.

When appropriate, we may request prior remediation, but this is not mandatory in cases involving security, abuse or operational urgency.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Services are provided subject to availability and within reasonable technical limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the absolute absence of errors, or universal compatibility with all devices, browsers or third-party integrations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleven Dragons shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, third-party outages or losses resulting from misuse by the user.

11. Privacy and data protection

Personal data processing is governed by the Eleven Dragons Privacy Policy, available at /privacy/. By using the services, you acknowledge that certain data will be processed for account operation, security, authentication, support and legal compliance.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The competent courts of the State of Sao Paulo, Brazil, shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
